      i purchased the bags as a place to hold the printed history and information of the artwork we have collected in our family. Being acid free, they are perfect for attaching to the backs of our framed pieces to ensure future generations have all the histories!

      Poly bags need some kind of reinforced edges so that they don’ t tear so easily. Not sure how you were using the bags as this is not our experience. However, if you have defective bags, we certainly would replace them at no charge.

      Everything I bought in my first order was perfect!! The poly bags all fit the different sized mats that I ordered and the shipment was packaged perfectly so nothing was damaged at all. And it all arrived quickly and without any confusion.

      These are the best bags around and the prices are better too! Can't beat the wonderful customer service either!
