Matshop is online 24/7, however if you need to talk to someone our customer service hours are:

Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 4 pm Pacific Standard Time

We are closed on weekends and all Statutory Holidays.

Matshop has a local Retail Frameshop located at our wholesale warehouse in Central Saanich.

Retail Frameshop Hours are:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10am - 4pm
