White Foamcore Backing (Acid Free)

I think there was a communication issue regarding custom sizes I needed. All of my order was correct, except for the fiamcore backing I needed for 8 x 8 prints. The girl I spoke to, told me that 8 x 8 size was custom and did not come in a presentation pack, so she confirmed that I would need 10 x 10 mat and backing and that the plastic sleeves would also need to be the right size. I thought I ordered everything for these prints correctly according to her but I rec'd 10 x 10 mats which were correct, the sleeves to fit these but I rec'd 1/8 foamcore backing for 5 x 7 prints. ***Update from customer service, customer's issues were addressed :)

Ilike the density of the foam core and the thickness for the frames that I use.

This is a very good product that I have been using for years. Very good quality

I package my limited edition prints in a crystal clear bag and insert it into a triangular tube for mailing, but add a sheet of foamcore to the bag if I want to display it in the gallery. The Matshop has good service. Always cuts accurately and ships promptly if, like the rest of us, they don't have supply chain problems.
