Framers Tape
I used it to attach a print to a mat. It has just enough tac to hold the print in position to be able to flip it over with the mat and then to attach the rest of the sides of the print. Just be very careful if you need to reposition once it is down. It is a Good product.

The tape worked perfectly for mounting photos to the mat, it was not used for sealing the backboard into the frame, decided on a different method long story), though I think it would have worked well for this purpose also.
