As you are aware, our tradition is to close our offices and production over the holidays which provides a much needed break to our hard working staff as the year ends. We will be closed from Noon on Thursday, December 19th, 2024 - until Monday January 6th, 2025 at 9am Pacific Time
However, what is also our tradition is to pass on some SUPER SAVINGS to our Customers during this period.
Our Boxing Day sale event discounts every single order placed on Friday, December 20, 2024 until midnight on Sunday, January 5, 2025!
Here are the details:
1. Every order will be discounted by 20%
2. There are no product blackouts so even packages, clearance or sale items will receive the 20% off. Note: Some contract pricing may not qualify.
3. Orders must be placed online on our website at www.matshop.com. If for any reason, you are not able to complete your order online, or finalize payment you may email us with your order details at mats@matshop.com. As long as the emails are received during the sale period your order will qualify for the discount and we will contact you to finalize the order once the office re-opens.
4. All orders will be fulfilled after January 6, 2025 - in the order in which they were received, PAID and CONFIRMED.
5. Be aware that orders may experience delays due to where they fall in the queue, if they require specialized materials, or are due to supply chain disruptions. We will fulfill all orders as quickly as possible once we return.
6. If you need to contact us about an order and it is urgent - please email us at mats@matshop.com. We will be checking emails for urgent or important requests and will answer as quickly as we can.
